By joining the ROTC program, students receive a scholarship where they attend regular college classes in addition to military classes. After graduation, they should serve as officers in the Army, Air Force or Navy.

Naval Officer Candidate School lasts 13 weeks and is designed to prepare candidates for the duties of a naval officer.
Marine Corps Officer Candidate School is a place where leadership qualities are measured. Marine OCS lasts about 10 weeks and tests candidates for academic ability, leadership qualities and physical fitness.
